Irina Nevzlin

Irina Nevzlin

Irina Nevzlin is co-chair of ONE Society and author of the best-selling book The Impact of Identity: The Power of Knowing Who You Are, published in three languages. She also serves as Chair of the Board of ANU – the Museum of the Jewish People, the biggest Jewish museum in the world.

A visionary leader and social entrepreneur, Irina led the bold transformation of an outdated museum into a dynamic, innovative cultural institution focused on belonging, diversity, and shared human stories. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to helping individuals and societies navigate change through a deeper connection to identity, purpose, and values.

Irina is also the founder of IMPROVATE, a global platform that connects technology and innovation with governments to create practical, life-improving solutions. She possesses a unique international perspective, shaped by her journey from Moscow to London and later to Israel as an immigrant in a minority population and by her leadership in the public and business sectors.

Bruno Roche

Bruno Roche

Bruno Roche is co-chair of ONE Society and founder of the Economics of Mutuality, a model developed at Mars Inc., where he served as Chief Economist for 15 years. In partnership with Oxford’s Saïd Business School, he led its global rollout across business and academia.

His books, Putting Purpose into Practice (Oxford University Press) and Completing Capitalism, have shaped the global conversation on rethinking capitalism and are both published in China.
A Senior Fellow at Wharton, he also founded research labs at Oxford, CEIBS (Shanghai), and Rotterdam School of Management, and has advised the UN Global Compact, S&P Global, and the World Economic Forum.

Bruno works with cities, companies, and universities to redesign economic and educational systems, bringing a rare mix of scientific rigor, systems thinking, and moral imagination to the challenge of building a just economy for a just society.
